About the Project

Pillography is a visual exploration into the various shapes, sizes, markings and colours that are used to distinguish pharmaceutical pills. This collection of examples shows how different design treatments can be applied to make it easier for a consumer to identify and remember different pill types.

The final communication (inspired by Damien Hirst) represents the transformation of a medication into a unique design; one that aims to stand out from the crowd, creating visual appeal and distinction for the people who use them.
